Privacy

We believe strongly in protecting the privacy of all users of this website. When you register with us, the information you provide to us is used to customize the site with the name of the graphic arts service provider and their customers and to deliver an e-mail notification to both. The graphic arts service provider and their customer will see each other's e-mail addresses, contact name, street address, etc. since these are necessary to conduct business. We do not share personally identifiable information about users of this site with any other company without the permission of the user.

Proof Review

We want to get your job done right the first time!  For on-line design projects, you are shown an on-line proof to check and approve.  For all other design projects, you are sent a PDF proof to approve or request changes. We only print once we receive the go ahead from you.  

Your job will be printed as it appears on the final proof.  Any oversight that requires the job to rerun will be billed at the customer's expense. Any proof that is not returned to us within 5 business days will be considered cancelled and billed for all art charges.

Payment Terms

With approved credit, payment is due in 30 days. All orders are FOB factory. A request for a proof will constitute an order. All art time is billed at standard rates and will apply even if the order is never printed. Industry custom allows for us to ship 10% over or under and you will be billed accordingly.
